i'm still trying to lose hehe, but I'd say Im doing good with just cutting back portions, drinking water in place of juice and other "empty carb" drinks, walking (and not even like i try to dedicate hours/miles to it, just opt to take stairs and park further away and things like that), as well as trying to stick to low fat/low carb foods. I've also cut out sugars because I recently found out I'm diabetic, and have reduced my alcohol consumption drastically.

looking good jim, drastic change forsure. im trying to gainweight, a few months ago i got pretty sick and lost a ton of weight, by the time i was well enough to go to school again, i was barley 100 lbs. and i lost all pigment in my skin. since then i have been eating like crazy, might not look it, but i weigh close to 130 now. thats heavy for me, ive recently started working out my upperbody, not much of a change so far, i have just gained some tone, with my chemistry im not expecting much else. im also spending alot more time away from my computer, that seemed to help alot, not to mention my acne is almost completley gone. just recently graduated from highschool and working fulltime. im trying to save up some money for the arizona conservatory of recording sciences. i cant wait.

Congrats on graduating high school. Let's get drunk sometime...that's not this weekend lol. I'm sick atm.
