yah the purchase agreement had me quoted at 15,000 after my trade in with tax and all teh fees added to it, then on the sales receipt they pull 20,000 out of nowhere as the base cost for the car, tack on all the extra fees, and then slap on an additional 6000 fin. fee (finance fee?) i don't knwo where that came from or what it pertains to or why i'm paying it, but it definitely wasn't discussed with me prior to signing, the salemen who i spoke to (not the business manager who promised to meet me before i completed the sales to go over my warranty and shit) explained that the final price was with the 7 years of interest factored in.. so that might be the finance fee... but still why add interest to a total price before the time alloted to have the interest is there?

Something seems mad fishy, I spoke to the guy for 5 sec today after holding for about 20mins and he said he'd pull my file and call me back.. I can already tell this is going to be a headache and a half. Anyone with dealership or lawyer experience know what rights I have and how I should pursue this issue, I'm super green when it comes to shit like this, but I know I defintiely don't want to get fucked and pay double what I orginally thought I was going to have to, if I don't have to.

Normally you pay the interest over the course of the next 7 years (if that's how long your loan is...jesus christ that's a long time! haha). Not up front. I bet you will still get charged interest in your payments. They added something else.

Dealerships tack on additional random charges and totally fuck you. They can easily turn a $15000 car into $20,000+ with tax, title, license, and other hidden fees.

I always buy from private owners, and finance through my credit union (low %). It's soooooooooo much cheaper haha. Fuck dealerships. There is no good deals despite what they might make you think. Their job is to make you feel like you aren't getting screwed, when truthfully you are getting railed in the ass by a giant cock.

On the truck thing: It seems to me that all the people driving the lifted trucks think they own the road. Just today on my way to school the guy in the truck in front of me was swerving back and forth without his signal, and another guy was riding my ass even though I was going well above the speed limit on the interstate. It's not just a one time thing though.

And for the trucks in AZ, my cousin set up a jeep liberty to go off-roading and we were out where the quads go in Wickenburg, so it was kidna cool for that, but not so much regular driving.

If I ever wanted to really kill myself, I would buy a motorcycle. My speed record in Jacksonville is 155 mph currently in an Acura Legend on the Buckman Bridge. I would have died on a motorcycle if I was going that fast on that huge ass bridge.

I have survived through much more dire situations on the expressway. I have been pushed off onto the shoulder by a 18 wheeler once. Me and my friend Doug hydroplaned in his truck across I-95 through the median and almost into oncoming traffic once too. I will never think that I am invincible. That doesn't stop me from doing ridiculous shit though. A motorcycle and me would probably be a bad idea.

More like he made a mistake and changed lanes and didn't look at where he was going. I did nothing wrong as my speed never changed and was just maintaining my lane. He didn't even put on his blinker lol. Sorry to tell you, but there are more than a few bad drivers out there. Truckers are included somehow even with the shit they go through to get their license.

yah my situation really wasn't my fault or the truckers either.. we had like 7 lanes of traffic right after a toll booth all merging into one due to bridge repairs.. everyone was tailgating the people in front of them and not trying to let anyone in because they wanted to be in the front of the line. I forget exactly how the situation was, but my lane was narrowing and i needed to get over the right because if not i was about to hit one of those large orange plastic roadblocks, i was halfway into his lane and in front of him, but he wanted to be in front of me, however he would've totally hit me if he kept coming.. he was mostly pissed cuz i was on the cellphone the whole time

It's a $400 ticket in AZ to text while driving. That is some dangerous shit. Nothing scarier than a 16 year old female messing with her phone while driving. I get chills just thinking about it.

Dmitry I had seen that 76% of crash that are cause and forcing trucker to run out of room. are 4 wheelers FAULT! cuzz they are always in hurry, cutting off, messing with cell phone, bitching someone, late for something, etc..... seem that ppl don't understand that truck don't stop on dime.

well california did pass the cell phone law but it will not go in effect until 7/2008 and I think fine is $400 to $500 not sure.
