Ya.. So. I could access my mog safe and change jobs here today. I have no idea where it came from.

yeah i got a that more then couple times but for reason i couldn't change jobs of get items out.

I've gotten this before too; maybe 5 or 6 times. I've also seen other people pointing at it or asking about it. I think it has only happened to me after zoning into lower jeuno from my mog house. I don't know how to explain it though...I'm not too knowledgeable about this type of thing.

i see this alot on ps2 rarely on pc

ive seen that a few times too, i thought it was an event going on first time. however i actually did manage to access del box etc via him when i did it

It's a glitch, he appears only when you change jobs in your mog house and then zone into Lower Jeuno (but not setting your Home Point, i think?) or something like that. Even then he might not be 100% "spawn rate", but I'm pretty sure thats how you get him to appear.

Although he has a Mog Safe, and a Delivery Box, those functions won't work on him. You can access them to see what's in there, but selecting stuff won't cause them to be moved to your inventory, etc. It would be pretty damn cool if he worked, having him next to the AH like that, but oh well.

I've seen that a couple of time, but it was a while ago. Never happenned since then. But, I have seen a moogle in the Bastok Markets in front of the item store last time I went there. Moogle invasion preparing ? o.O

I think it's a latency issue maybe. I'm not really sure. Because when the chocobo was standing about the exact spot it would normally (when I went AFK near it, it showed up near me when I started playing again). I dunno. Maybe the moogles are going to attack on chocobos.
