Recently I watched a fansub of this anime "Beck- Mongorian Chop Squad" And while there's only one episode it is interesting to watch. There's some story that presumably will involve a middle schooler and a rock band, but thats secondary.

I say watch it because there's nothing that amuses me quite so much as a pair of Japanese folks cussing at each other at the top of their lungs.... in engrish.

Beck is the name of one of the characters Dog, I don't know anything about the singer Beck, but I don't think it has anything to do with him besides both being about music.

Na it dont have anything to do with Beck. It has to do with a real life American heavy metal band called My Dying Bride.

I don't think its a real life band, and they called it "Dying Breed" or DyeBree. Not that i can if the band is real life or not its an enjoyable anime and you all should watch it
