so we are doing 7-2 and waiting for everyone to show up when i spot a botter and say hey guys les go mess with him.

he fishes up a mob...and everyone is like wow...even on the stairs..guess he thought he was smart.. 15 mins later, hes dead. Twas great.. We were all cheering on the pug and stuff.

LMAO one time when I spotted a bot in another area and it was mess up and its was healing <on your knees> and a mob agro bot then getting like 1 per hit damage and I watch it slowly die and I cheer it.

I just laugh because in 2 hours of farming I made more than my friend did with 24hrs of fishing.

But honestly, s-e asked for botting when they decided how fishing was gonna be. Id venture to say that 99.9% of all fishers over 30 bot occasionaly. Besides the fact that this guy was just an idiot, he deserves to be made fun of.
I would be one of the first people to support something that s-e could do to fix fish botting. I think they really should instead of just screwing everyone over( even the no botters) with fishing spot nerfs.

So what did you think when they decided to change the price of padded caps?

i didnt care. i never fished up caps. Besides.. there were people who didnt bot who did that.. it solves no problems.

SE figured that the gil from caps was so great, something had to be done about it

the fishers in rabao alone were bringing in about 15 mill every single day, which was raising prices on items across the board

items prices are still raising across the board but not to the extent they would be if cap fishing was still around. Many of the old cap fishers gave up after it was nerfed. Some botters are still around and moved to places like windurst fishing guild but SEs action did change the economy

it doesnt solve any issues... They just moved. They needa technically do something about fish botters. Seems to me everything is booming on price right now. Everything i look at is at least 100k more then it was a few weeks ago. Besides.. i dun really care about the caps so much, i never did it and it seemed like just a way to get thru lu shang quest ez.
I care about how they nuked like 50% of the fishing locations across van diel. I know lotsa people who never botted that quit since they did that. it's just not solving anything by nuking the entire fishing community.
