Sorry if there's old stuff in there, this guy isn't filtering a lot of it out and im removing them myself if i know what they are. A lot of the level 55 RSE earrings, sprout beret, and stuff were popping up in the list.

That H2H looks like a gimped Indra to me. Higher delay, lower dmg. HOWEVER, if that "Occacionally" is the same as Joyeuse, if my memory is correct, that thing will proc pretty often.
